Role Overview: This is a long-term partnership opportunity. We are looking for a lead developer to treat our platform as their own. You will be responsible for the architectural health, scalability, and ongoing development of our ecosystem, ensuring it remains performant and secure. As our primary technical partner, you will lead the implementation of new features and proactively optimize our infrastructure as the platform grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Evolution: Build and maintain scalable features using Svelte and SvelteKit, ensuring a seamless, reactive user experience.
- UI/UX Implementation: Craft high-quality, accessible interfaces using Tailwind CSS and shadcn Svelte to ensure our portal remains modern, responsive, and visually cohesive.
- Backend & Data Management: Architect and manage robust database schemas, authentication, and real-time data flows using Supabase.
- Infrastructure & Performance: Manage deployment and edge optimization through Cloudflare, ensuring global performance and security.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular updates to the entire stack, manage dependency migrations, and implement rigorous testing to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Security & Compliance: Proactively manage Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, API protections, and data integrity across all services.
Requirements:
- Stack Mastery: Proven, hands-on professional experience with SvelteKit, Svelte, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn Svelte.
- Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, RLS, Edge Functions).
- Deployment Knowledge: Experience with Cloudflare for site performance, security (WAF), and global deployment.
- Ownership Mindset: You treat code quality, documentation, and maintainability as top priorities. You have a track record of managing long-term, production-grade applications.
- Proactive Problem Solving: You monitor the platform actively, identifying potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities and solving them before they impact the user.
- Architecture & Communication: Ability to design scalable database architectures and effectively communicate technical trade-offs to ensure our development roadmap aligns with business goals.
